"Observations" is a project where I will experiment with different habits and philosophical values, applying them in my daily life for periods ranging from 7 to 180+ days at a time. This exploration aims to understand the impact of these changes on personal growth, everyday experiences and achieving goals.

Observation One: Alcohol

"Observations" is a project where I experiment with different habits and philosophical values to see how they affect my personal growth. For the first observation, I will not consume alcohol for 30 days to analyze its impact on my life.

Observation Two: Thoughts

"Observations" is a project where I experiment with different habits and philosophical values to see how they affect my personal growth. For the second observation, I will track every thought I have for 7 days, then spend the next 7 days analyzing those thoughts using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to measure the health of my thought life and observe its impact on my personal growth and everyday experiences.
